The Keeley Internship Experience is focused on Creating the Next Generation of Keeley’ns – providing a Hands-On, Collaborative, and Game Changing experience to build a team of future industry leaders. Interns are empowered to embrace the true Keeley’n experience – taking part in our award-winning culture, getting involved with our globally-recognized learning & development platform, and receiving real-world experience in every aspect of a project alongside seasoned professionals.

Keeley’n Interns have the opportunity to experience firsthand a variety of educational opportunities through our globally-recognized L&D platform, KeeleyU. From instructor-led sessions and a robust LMS powered by Maryville University to intern-specific roundtable sessions and an in-depth orientation, interns receive best-in-class educational resources from Industry Leaders and Keeley Executives. Interns also have the opportunity to share their own experiences and fresh perspective through a unique Capstone Project at the conclusion of their internship.
