What is the KeeleyWay?

The KeeleyWay is our strategic growth model for "Achieving Results on Purpose." The KeeleyWay takes buy-in from all levels of the organization and has resulted in incredible growth across Keeley Companies. The KeeleyWay process includes 5-year visions, 3-year business plans, future organizational charts, annual budgets, and scorecards for each company & group. Our i404 action planning process keeps us accountable, with Keeley'ns creating meaningful action plans to drive our scorecard goals and achieve our vision.

Jan Torissi-Mokwa

Jan Torrisi-Mokwa, our beloved red-lipstick-wearing champion, leader, and mentor, was Keeley Companies' strategic planner. Jan began working with the Keeley Companies in 2006 as the Architect, Teacher, and Facilitator for our scalable Strategic Planning Process. This included solidifying our focus on mission, values, visions, scorecards, leadership development, and our proprietary i404 action planning system. During her 12-year tenure, she served as an advisory board member and coach to leaders throughout the Keeley Companies and our companies grew from a few hundred Keeley’ns to 1000+ strong. Every single Keeley’n is a true believer in her mantra, "Achieve Results on Purpose." In 2018, Jan tragically passed away, leaving behind a legacy and impact that is still felt in our hallways every single day. The KeeleyWay, and our company, would not be what it is without her and our bright red lipstick logo pays tribute to the true powerhouse she was. Never afraid to be herself, we strive to make her proud every day.
