Keeley Heavy Industries was engaged by a national leader in the hydrogen industry to take over an in-progress project that failed to meet quality standards. Renowned for Quality, Safety, and Service, Keeley’s team was tasked with reconstructing the entire site. Deploying 22 team members, Keeley provided engineering support and self-performed civil work, structural welding, electrical instrumentation, and mechanical services. The team installed skid-mounted equipment, 15-ft cooling fans, stainless mechanical piping, and PVC for ultra-pure water systems. Working 24-hour shifts with day and night crews, they adapted daily to identify issues, define tasks, and collaborate with engineering to ensure code compliance, functionality, and quality. The team logged 28,565 hours without a single safety incident, delivering the project successfully through expertise, determination, and teamwork.
