Dellridge Storm Channel Repair

Keeley provided a turnkey design-build solution, handling delegated design and self-perform civil construction to install a landslide countermeasure, including a tangent secant pile wall with 53 drilled pier foundations. The $2.3 million project in a residential neighborhood required demolishing two homes and included landslide remediation, completed without any punch list items and with full community approval. For the City of Dellridge, Keeley addressed a 2015 landslide by removing cul-de-sac pavement, upgrading neighboring driveways at no cost, and enhancing local property values. The area was restored with native grassland after removing invasive plants, and all concrete waste was recycled, reducing landfill impact.
