Keeley Construction performed a 40 ft. excavation to install a CIP diversion structure and bypass pump of the existing 48” sewer. The project included a 3.5’ raise of the roughly 2,500 ft. levee, a CIP concrete floodwall, and fine screen. ​ ​ Improvements were also made to the headworks gate structure and flood protection. In order for Keeley to raise the levee, nearly 40,000 CY of material was imported. Keeley executed this project on-time, always keeping safety as the number one priority.
