Keeley Heavy Industries partnered with a major Natural Gas Utility Company to expand their LNG facility in Meshoppen, PA, delivering the project on time and under budget. The expansion added a new train for natural gas liquefaction and storage while accommodating tanker-truck loading and unloading. Keeley self-performed civil, concrete, steel, equipment setting, and piping work, including rebar fabrication, foundations, steel erection, and installation of key systems like compressors, pipe racks, and firewater controls. Despite the challenges of a small site footprint and shared contractor spaces, Keeley’s multi-disciplined, self-perform approach maximized efficiency and safety. The project’s successful completion exceeded client expectations, solidifying a strong partnership.
