Keeley has built a strong relationship with Maryville on every level of our business. From KeeleyU, to paving parking lots and building projects, we are proud to call Maryville a trusted partner. In the summer of 2022, Maryville University needed some assistance with campus improvements and renovations before the school year began. They called on Keeley Building to complete work in their campus plaza along with some interior renovations. This plaza is designed to honor the distinguished alumni and donors who graciously give to the University. It was time for some updates to the existing space while expanding it for future use. Keeley completed sitework, masonry stonework, built a retaining wall, installed a beautiful bronze medallion, and constructed space for “donor” walks. The completed project is a beautiful testament to the giving culture that Maryville has created while enhancing the space for future classes up to ten years in the future. Walker Hall houses Maryville University’s College of Health Professionals. One of their nursing labs was in need of renovations, so Keeley came in to bring Maryville’s vision to life. The Building team built up some additional walls with glass windows for ease of viewing throughout the lab, while another wall was opened up to connect two spaces. Keeley also completed all finishes, electrical / mechanical work, fire suppression, and painting. Along with the nursing lab, Keeley also renovated a small office into a state-of-the-art conference room with updated data wiring and world-class AV capabilities, connecting Maryville to students, faculty, and partners alike. Gander Hall houses a dining hall, gathering spaces, and administrative offices for faculty and staff. Some of the office spaces were used for IT and student support, but they needed renovations in order to accommodate the growing student body and their needs. Keeley Building was able to turn the existing office into two separate spaces so staff could continue to easily serve students in a new, updated area. Keeley built up new walls and completed all finishes, paint, laid new carpet, and reconfigured the entire space to align with Maryville’s plans.
