Keeley is currently in the process of this total rehab project to bring the local Morgan Stanley office into alignment with the corporate brand standards. The project consists of a multi floor, multi-phase construction project renovating a total of 26,400 SF in total. The newly renovated spaces include 58 private offices, 63 large open format workstations, multiple conference rooms, and a Seminar area for larger gatherings. In addition to the working space for the renovation, several areas for employee comfort and productivity have been provided. Huddle spaces for quick collaboration between team members, Focus areas for one-on-one interactions, a remodeled Employee hub featuring multiple beverage and food offerings. The modern finish combination of wood, tile, and carpet all blend very well with the glass office fronts and modern feel to this remodel.
