Keeley Construction’s Financial Facilities Team was called upon by their trusted partner, Citizens National Bank, for a new branch in Olive Branch, MS. This location serves the community of Olive Branch proudly with their compact yet impactful 2,740 SF full-serve branch. This facility includes full-service drive-ups including a drive-up ATM for quick, easy customer transactions. The exterior features Citizens’ distinct traditional style to match their other freestanding branches, including the signature blue standing metal seam roof. This creates brand consistency and continues to tell the Citizens’ story.

The interior of the branch utilizes the teller pod concept and universal customer service representatives that can assist the customer with all their needs. A prominent concierge desk was included in the lobby to assist and direct customers, along with a technology station for instruction and registration. No detail was too small to consider from a branding perspective. Even the shape of the floor tiles were selected to properly tell the story and align with the Citizens’ brand.
